Here’s the list of what you’re going to be doing:

  • You will be putting money into a pot
  • You will be staying accountable / motivated on an app for 4 weeks
  • You will get a highly nutritious shake
  • You will get workout options

If you stay active in the app drinking your shakes 6 days a week and working out 4 days a week for 4 straight weeks, you will get 80% of the pot (and 20% of the pot will go to a ‘best transformation’ voted on by the participants.

You must register by January 31st.
Log your workouts and shakes with pictures (4 workouts a week, 6 shakes a week) for the following weeks:

  • Week 1: February 3rd – February 9th
  • Week 2: February 10th – February 16th
  • Week 3: February 17th – February 23rd
  • Week 4: February 24th – March 1st

At the end of the 4 weeks, if you stayed active on the app you WIN 80% OF THE POT!

Love Yourself Challenge Rules!

  1. $20 buy-in through PayPal (found below)
  2. To be eligible to win any money (80% of pool) you MUST log at least 4 workouts and 6 Shakeology Shakes EACH week (with a picture)
  3. Workouts can be any activity you like
  4. 80% of pool at the end of the four weeks will be divided up among all active participants. 20% of pool will be awarded to the ‘Best transformation’ as voted on by participants.
