Each month you're given guidelines of what clean eating is and the idea to weigh and measure for accountability prior to and after the clean eat week. For one entire week, you commit to eating what is on the menu. The meals are easy to make and the grocery lists and menu for each day is easily explained. If there is something on your menu that you do not eat or like, you can switch it out for another vegetable or fruit.
I have stuck to one week of clean eating each month for the last year and have been very satisfied with the recipes and the inspiration and motivation you get from the group.
